The sales contract is considered concluded upon order confirmation, which you will receive via email.


2. Prices and payment methods

All prices listed on the site include VAT and any other applicable taxes.

Your order will be processed only after payment has been confirmed.


3. Shipping and deliveries

Shipments are made by our suppliers within the times indicated in the Shipping section of the website.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.


4. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product , in accordance with current legislation.

6. Limitation of liability

Brilliant Shop is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to force majeure or events beyond our control.

7. Applicable law and competent court

This contract is governed by Italian law .
The Court of Milan will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
