1. Your Purchase
You can buy products directly from our website.
Your order is confirmed once you receive an email from us, and that’s when the sale is complete.
2. Prices and Payment
All prices include VAT and any other applicable taxes.
We accept the following payment methods:

- Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express (Amex)
- Klarna (pay in 3 or 4 interest-free installments)

Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Our suppliers handle shipping within the timeframes shown in our Shipping section.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and product availability.
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
4. Returns and Refunds
You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it.
To start a return, email us at brilliantshop10@outlook.it, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Products must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in the original packaging.
Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
5. Warranty
All products are covered by the legal warranty under Italian consumer law.
If a product is defective or not as described, contact us to start the support process.
6. Our Responsibility
Brilliant Shop is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by unforeseen events beyond our control.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from improper use of our products.
7. Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law.
Any disputes will be resolved by the Court of Milan.
